Moved house

Hi guys , can anybody help , my mag256 was working perfect however I have moved house , amd it won't work , it all loads up but when I choose a channel nothing happens

Internet connection? Check in network settings to see if box connected.It could also be a server block if its detected 2 different ips

Internet seems fine , phones etc running ok , my old server was virgin I'm
Now with sky ? Do the boxes work with sky ??

is your sub linked to your IP.?
may need to contact your supplier and update your ip address.?

I've tried can't get hold of him , hopefully he will get back in touch , just thought I'd try my luck ok here , could it be because I'm no longer on virgin ?? Have sky blocked boxes ??

could be a setting on your router maybe,
childsafe or something,,,, ?

It was the shield , I went on just clicked turn off shield , turned off modem and the restarted it all and it came on , once again thanks for your help guys , I can watch Everton beat Liverpool now !!!

that might be a bit of a tall order, keep your finger on the shield button as i fear you may wanna turn it back on ::

Just noticed you meant iptv, got mixed up with mention of sly and /vm lines.

contact your supplier as he may be the best person to help with this

My supplier is pretty useless , I'm gutted thought I had it sorted I've literally got about 5 channels , no other channel works English or foreign
