My supplier is pretty useless , I'm gutted thought I had it sorted I've literally got about 5 channels , no other channel works English or foreign

Have you tried a software update on the magbox in the inner portal and reboot after that. If its loading up the stalker portal and all you get is one channel then its your provider, you wouldn't get anything at all if it were the router blocking it. Used these boxes for 4 years and have had 4-5 providers in my time, normally if its their end the portal wont load at all, just says stb blocked

Where do I find portal software update ?? I'm on system settings now ? Don't see it ?? I'm useless at this kinda stuff:(

Ok found it still no joy , my supplier has been back in touch and he's blaming the q box , Said it blocks iptv ,said to him would it not all be block all channels , and he hasn't replied
