Moving Channels Help Please

Hi Guys,
For about a week now ive had BBC 2 on 101 and ALBA on 102. Cant figure out how to get my normal channels in the right place. Tried the Boquets update and crossepg update.
Not a big issue but wish i could work out where im going wrong.
Cheers fella's.

Yh I thought so. I was testing the woosh build and it seems to be an issue on this with channels. On a bare bones it seems fine. But not 100% sure myself. I've just been on these boxes for 3 days now. Just playing around myself.

Sorry. Take a look at the top #1 post on wooshmans image. It will tell you how to fix. Will give it ago myself now.

I can understand the amount of posts on this issue. I, like many, have no idea about how to FTP with the likes of FileZilla or CuteFTP. But this morning I downloaded both to my laptop. Couldn't 'log in' with FileZilla but done it easily with CuteFTP.

Then, using the instructions in the links above by dsayers2014 I slowly went through it. Got to the point where I had the new .txt file on my desktop shown on the left side of the screen and simply dragged and dropped to the right hand side overwriting the existing autobouquets file. Then did the NIT scan and everything back to normal!

whether I got lucky or, it is indeed quite easy, who know?. But thanks very much to dsayers2014 (and Wooshman who has updated his sticky with a 'how to fix' this issue)

WooshBuild v3.03 has been released today which updates the file required for the channel swap.

Backup Settings, Flash online, restore settings.

is this how you update the box to fix this issue or it this what you should do before you @attempt@ to fix the issue? i've got the same problem and wondered whether i needed to do a flash from usb to resolve it

thanks

It may be that the custom_swap.txt file is one that gets backed up then restored when you update to v3.03

This is the swaps I have in my custom_swap.txt and it works fine

# swap local SD with HD.
141=101
115=102
178=103
227=104
171=105
143=116
225=118
263=119
268=120
269=123

#MUTV & Racing UK
453=418
466=432

#AMC from BT HD
276=192

#BT Sports/ESPN

Current custom_swap.txt file for England contains:

#swap local SD with HD.
115=101
141=102
178=103
227=104
171=105

The above swaps are the old ones.

If you do not use an English region you will need to manually edit the custom.swap.txt file. Scotland, Wales and NI use different swaps.

When I get chance I will re-flash to the bare v3.03 and check it, but to be honest, I will be very surprised if I have not done it as that was the main purpose of 3.03, but I have been wrong in the past.

For 'not England' you need to change the first two lines for these:

#swap local SD with HD.
141=101
#115=102 since there is no BBC2HD for SCO/WAL/NIR

Had the same results as Dobbo R1 and Aimson so I re-flashed v3.03 and started from #4 on the wooshbuild instructions rather than inputting my saved settings again. Seems to be working fine so far.
