Hi ive just bought & setup the above box, when i 1st installed it the remote for volume & mute was working fine on my samsung 4k tv...but know these functions have stopped & ive looked in the settings & i cant see anything to change this, also ive been told that i might be able to use other remotes & like to hear what other people use.
