my broadband slows down at the end of each month???

hi guys, newbie here..
every month my broadband speed slows down to about 3mbps and then both my skybox f5s boxes break up. yesterday and today there both scrambled on the gift channels. Is the broadband speed the reason or is it my provider?. Any ideas will be welcome

The sky box normaly need only 2 mps to work You dont say what type of line you have ie cccam n.line MG Also are other people on the internet downloading at same time ?

It's on ccCam. I tried loading YouTube on the box which fails on both boxes, but loads easily on my smart tv. And there are 3 other devices as well as the 2 boxes. It has gotten worse the last week

If youtube fails it does seem to be you internet when your line is due for renewal try and get a N.line and place it in the Mg cam as its a lot better and locks into the sever quicker
