Cable need help to set up my box for all channels please- im a dummy

if anyone can help me to reload my zgemma h.2h box I would be very grateful. please be aware im pretty useless so any help or advice needs to be in a simple format for a dummy like me to follow.

I bought the box with wooshbuild installed but I mistakenly tried to update software and box would not boot up so I went to utube and followed a guidewhich downloaded openvix but i get a message " cannot read data" on autobouquetsmaker menu.
i would really like to go back to wooshbuild but i don't know how to "reload" it.

You'll also need to find your virgin net ID.

When I first started with this stuff, I created a guide. My setup was primarilly for cable. I am not 100% sure if I got everything in it, but it should have enough info to get you going. However there is all the info you need in here to set up a box from 'scratch'
