Need help zgemma

hey ther guys got a zgemma 2s today and its already got a line on it but bt sports and that was not working but all the other channels were so I did a channel update in the busquets section but after the update now on the epg some of the channels are saying n/a and wen I press it it comes up a software error and restarts my b ox how can I fix this please help

There has been a couple problems with Atv and vix,Pli over the last week in tuner config turn tuner A to diseqc on then try again

yeah im on vix once I do that do I just restart the box yeah

now its just the btsports channels that aren't working they just say tune faild

Have youset up andScanned Via Autobouquet maker to put them into groups

Are you using a back up or using a fresh install press Menu, Information,About , info button on remote (what does it say at top)
