need m3u file

Hi guys

So I got a iptv provider, although he said he has epg, its not working, and he wont send me the xml sources.

So I have looked at ways to manually get epg working, it seems I got 2 choices.

Either grab the sources from somewhere (surely easiest way but I cannot find any download links, seems like gold dust).
Or create my own xml files, but to do this seems I need an m3u file, where do I get the m3u file from?

Can I create a m3u file from the bouquets on my box?

get one off your provider depending how he has set you up

cant do that as I said, I find it hard to believe the only way to get working epg for international channels is via provider.
