I have the Radio Pass Slip and the code isn't working

Typ/Model BP5387
Gerate/Serial Nr. 61131326
Safety Nr. 1639

Also has code on it saying 28 184 BC41A

Hi. Please remove the radio from the dashboard.
Remove radio here: www.fitaudio.com
Then place the: radio+model plus all the letters+numbers on any label, Serial Number stamped into the metal case.
This information can then be used to see if the code can be calculated

model bp5387 serial 61139176 safety Nr 9118. this is from my radio pass I was given when I bought the car. I don't know how to remove the radio. the code 9118 didn't work.
