Hi my Netflix's account would not conect while in New Zealand unable to sign in any idea

They are locked by region (Geoblocked). Similar to how you didn't used to be able to use US DVDs in the UK or or Super Famicom games on the SNES.
Get yourself a VPN and set it to UK and you may get access from anywhere in the world although from what I understand, Netflix have recently cracked down on this practice so if they recognise the IP as belonging to a VPN, it won't let you access anyway.

Thanks for info i had an account on phone and was working out there but was put on in Ireland when I went to put in new account it said does not recognise email.

NetFlix actively blocks most of the well known VPN providers now. Some may still work but PIA, IP Vanish, Nord, Digibit etc all don't as far as I'm aware.

i remember when you could connect to hulu vpn and be able to watch the american netflix and it literally had everything haha
