Network id please help

Hi I am in nottingham trying to scan channels on my zgemma h1 on cable but I need my network id and symbol rate etc. I think its 6887 but ain't got a clue what my network id is

I gave zgemma h1 can you switch between sky and cable tuner or can you just use one at a time

Managed to start scanning cable out in 00008 6887 I select brute force 6887 gets to 5% and then it just does nothing just a circle going around do k need openvix or something

hi thanks for the info got channels but no HD or movies or sport what do I need now my box is zgemma H2H with atv5,1 on it this box seems a bit more work than my previous boxes I had not so easy to set up compared to My kv A850
