New box but HD channels don't work ?

Hi I bought a zgemma box 2s off eBay but the hd channels don't work for some reason anyone know why ?. Also the app on the menu button called media stream why is it in Italian for ? Anyway of getting that in English or is there another app to download which is just as good ?

there are very few hd channels open for these boxes,as only sky can view them on their boxes on 28.2.
