It'll be an RF adaptor you need. The F connector goes into that then you push the adaptor into the box.

Ah, never mind. I didn't know the technomate cable tuners were like that. Yes, should just screw in like a satellite feed in that case.

On the back of technomate it's already f-connector so your virgin feed should just screw in..

I don't think there's much in it, in terms of performance.
There's not so much of a price difference as there used to be either.
ViX support and 2 year warranty steered me to the Edision.
