received a new hd51 by courier this morning.
using supplied power supply and cables, hooked it up to the tv, but the box doesnt appear to power up....no display on front panel...tv doesnt think anything is attached to hdmi.
also, no response from ethernet port, so can't ftp into it or search for it on the network.
but...if i put my 2.5" self powered HDD into a usb port, it powers it, so there is power passing through the board.
sending this back to the supplier is a pain (they are in uk..i am in ireland) not to mention the waiting time if i have to get a replacement.
is there anything i could try to get this booting up ?
