From Jodavs post April version is now available as a bin file
so the Jan version no longer needed.
"download not requested" is a com port or cable issue .... it means the box and pc aren't communicating .... either a duff null modem cable ... or the properties for the com port are not set correctly
If you are using a USB converter cable you will have to change the com port settings
you are using for the lead to the following.Using your device manager expand the com port properties find which
one your lead is using.
in device manager right click on the com port and select properties , make sure they match the settings below
bits per second _____________115200
data bits __________________ 8
parity ____________________ None
stop bits __________________1
flow control________________None
You may also need to install a driver for the USB lead first.
Note: USB covertor leads are a pain and do not give a good connection.I have to give mine a few wiggles where null modem
meets USB convertor to get it to load sometimes. It still comes up with the downloading error even
though I know my port settings and leads are OK
If you can load using a straight null modem connection between the box and the computer you
don't have to mess with drivers and settings.
Note the com port setting in the loader software needs to be the same as the one for the lead.
