New super hub 3 and freezing

Vermin fitted me a new SH3 and now im getting freezing. Help

Is there anything I can do??

I presume you’re talking about your cable channels.
Are they freezing constantly?
What box and what image are you using?

Zgemma h5.2tc wooshbuild. Only thing changed is the superhub.

This problem constantly crops up---best cure so far, is to put hub into modem mode and add a separate router.

check to see if web safe is turned on go to there site sign in to my vm and turn web safe off if they have turned it on

Reaper's solution work's ,I know quite a few people that have done this.As said,try turning off web safe but if no joy,try second router.
