New to this site need help in choosing a cable box

Could anyone help me in getting a cable box? What would be the best to get.

the best advice is to post in the correct section,only options on cable boxes are kryptview 780 and phoenix hd 850 as these only work on a vm live cable feed.
a sat box uses a dish.
