New vu duo hard drive

Should I install my new hard drive before I set up my new box, format it and then install latest Vix image? Thanks

Up to you mate but I would normally just install it first and then its done.
Just put it in and then configure and inialize within image

Install drive and then install image and then configure it through your image.
When I had a duo I used Blackhole image and I'm using Blackhole again on my Solo2.

How's the black hole image? I'm using latest vix, is the epg on black hole good and what other cool features does it have? Sorry for the Spanish Inquisition :-) just trying to get as much info on black hole as possible. Cheers

Just do a fullbackup of your image once your happy with it and then save that some were safe then install BH on to your box and give it a whirl.
If you don't like it then just squirt your vix backup image back on and you'll be exactly in the same place.

i have used both the black hole img and vix img the black holes epg is not a patch on the vix
