newbie help vu duo 2

i've setup duo 2 for freesat i must of put some setting in wrong has i've a couple of problems
1 hd channels can't see ie channel 5 hd etc
2 i've dvbs2 twin that working but also have dvb t2 that can't get to work doesn't even receive a signal

Thanks for the reply no a and b are s2 satellite and I've got c has t2 terrestrial which don't even show a signal thanks

Channel 5 hd is only available to sky subscribers
