Newcamd.list won't load on wooshbuild, zgemma star 2

I have recently re-flashed my zgemma star 2 with wooshbuild and have a new newcamd.list, however it won't load, is this because the newcamd.list was in text or is there something I'm doing wrong?
any advice would be grateful.

Have you restarted the cam

make sure newcamd.list is like that

and not newcamd.list.txt

now sorted thankyou, was sent a fresh newcamd list and this worked.
