Bought Micra CD / radio player with code off Ebay, was sent the red Radiopass card with code on it but turns out it is for a different radio / serial number !!

Seller swears blind he wasn't aware but cd player showed 'WAIT 1H' when I first plugged it in......mmmm

Could someone help with the code, would be much appreciated.

The numbers I have found on the radio are
