Nline channels not working, need help

Hi, I've received a Nline and it won't bring up channels on my vu+ duo. I'm using a vix image if that's any help. Mate tried the Nline on his box and it's working fine - I've tried deleting it on filezilla and reloading. I've tried full rescan but still no joy. any suggestions to resolve problem? I've only had box one week so still a noob navigating it

do you have 2 files in var/keys or usr/keys

mg_cfg
newcamd.list

when setting box up the first time did you download plugins-softcams and select mgcamd.1.38 to load to box before attempting filezilla transfer.

Yes did all that when set up. The test line I was sent worked fine and I got it extended however all channels have now dropped off apart from free to air

do a network test on box all should be green sometimes rebooting box and router can fix issue and start working,also do blue button stop mg camd / start mg camd 1.38 should be selected and active.

OK thanks I'll try the reboot and see if that works. If not I'll probably end up back here
