nline location help

hi guys so after a huge arse about with a faulty box and a very difficult ebay seller we now have a box up and running problem ive got is i want to put epg on it but because we had a friend of ours set the box up we dont know what the nline used was is there a way of locating this on the actual box i have a BM5000s

Press menu, then 9991 and you should see the line

ok so i did this and infront of my i have newcamd config and number 2 is highlighted green is this my nline?

Yes the one in green is the active one

so if i put the epg on the box thats the one i click after will i need to input all my settings again? like passwords etc

The epg is nothing to do with the line

Oh sorry i see what you mean, yes that is the line that you will need to use

I would still copy the line for future reference and save it on usb to upload easily on to the box instead of inputting it manually just follow how using the link

Hi, I'm having the same problem as the OP (have a box but not the login info)

When I go into the 9991 menu and see my live nline the server domain, port and password are starred out, any way to view these or export them as I'd like to upgrade the firmware.
