thanks for your help, i have noticed there are no values in the network secondary DNS, could this be part of the problem?

I have exactly the same problem... I managed to sort it out once by re-flashing Woosh. It has since happened again and I cant get it back.. same problems as you, although I didn't watch any iptv. Im with Sky Broadband. I am also at the end of my tether as im getting grief from her indoors

What broadband provider are you with. You might need to change the dns settings I think others on talk talk/post office had similar problems

i was one of them on TT. Changing primary dns to 8 8 8 8 and secondary to 8 8 4 4 fixed it.
