No Channels - help please - new to technomate

Moved to satelitte with a 5302HD 4 weeks ago. Have not been able to get channels (other than FTA) since yesterday. Service provider says it is router but can get youtube - albeit very poor streaming. Suggestions please.

reboot your modem rooter and box and if that dont work get a test line just to make sure that its not at your end.

Have tried rebooting etc several times. What is a test line?

A test line is a 24hr free cline,
if you put that in your box and it works ok
then it is your server not giving you a proper service

do you know how to put in a new cline to your box ?

I will send you a PM for the cline but don't know
too much about your type of box.

Read the stickys at the top of the technomate section
that should put you in the picture :)


Sorry mate ! just been having a look round the technomate section
and no stickys on how to set up the box.

I can only guess that they are sold with "gifts" so you will have
to get back onto your supplier and sort it out with them. :willy nilly:
