no channels no signal

Hi all. new to Zgamma. trying to set up cable. pulling my hair out. paid for line but cant get it up and running. I'm not showing any signal, I've tried various cables etc, still no signal which is why I assume I'm not showing anything in epg. I'm not using satalite and have A turned off. I've put wooshbuild 6 on it.
What should be in cam 1 and cam 2 also.

Help me please

Sorry mate, will post one tomorrow, going to buy some new cables, I think I'm using a duff one, think that's what you are getting to. will post what happens. Thanks ste
 
yes, the box is trying to tune to a channel but there is no signal.
It can happen if you have a recording in progress and try to change channel with a single tuner setup.

Only SD channels 1 -5 are available on cable without a line.
 
Ok got new cables to make sure, new splitter also. still no signal. trying to post pictures but saying too large.
 
wait, im doing a service scan and picking up some channels. this means I must have a signal right. nothing on pass 1. 50% through pass 2 and got 38 channels. what have I got wrong anyone please ??
