No channels

I woke up this morning to no channels whatsoever, found a problem with my switcher so i put the ethernet straight to my h2h box and i now have an internet connection, however, i still cant pic up a single channel after rebooting and rescanning the bouquet which picks up all the scanned channels, checked signal which is 70 odd percent but still nothing. Any ideas would be welcome
 
first things people need to know is how their box works,first i would have run a network test and if not all green reboot box and router,does cam need restarting?
