So, whats the problem here. OK, I get the rules and personally think its a good idea, but I've posted, granted not for some time, but it looks like my download privileges have been revoked... What gives? Have I miss-read the rules??
Unless things have changed it's only 1 constructive post needed to allow you to download. Looking at your profile your post count is 3 so you should be ok to download. What is the download your Having a problem with?
