No HDMi output but scart works

We had a lightning strike a few weeks ago that hit our satellite dish and since then I no longer get any output from the HDMI port but it works using a scart lead. Any ideas how I could fix this?

Hi, sorry I'm unable to help but I'm having the same problem. The hdmi stopped working all of a sudden but scart works fine. When I connect via hdmi the TV seems to recognise somethings been connected via hdmi but there's no.sound or picture. Did you have any joy resolving this? Thanks in advance

iam sure you can manually change what output the blade uses, obviously this will be in the settings menu. Maybe try giving that a go

No it didn’t work. I’m using scart at the moment.

Have you got an old sky box? I have found that they are good at getting the TV to see the HDMI input. Connect the sky box and see if the tv sees the HDMI
