No IP Address

Hi im having problems with my cloud ibox 2 plus, when i come to connect it to the internet teh box says ip address unconfirmed, i am using bt homehub 2 with smart tv homeplugs, the cloud box is connected via ethernet cable from homeplug, the connection seems to be going to the box as both lights on the back are flashing, DHCP is activated ethernet says connected it just wont istablish a IP address for the box.
