No signal

Hi guys, why no signal/picture,even fta downstairs when the other box working? When try a satellite search I get nothing ,v8 box,cheers. tried the multi sat search and all failed,fixes?

Has each box got its own feed from LNB? No signal indicates cable/ Lnb If they have there own feed try switching working box off then try

Yeh own feed,switched boxes still no signal,is it the lnb?

Is it a Quad lnb you could try spare ones ?
