No sound enigma 2 box

I need some help my enigma box has no sound there is picture but can’t get any sound, the tv is working fine, I ave changed the hd lead on the box and checked all cables are installed correctly and they are, can anyone help with this please
Volume and sound were working fine yesterday

Yes that didn’t work unfortunately

i had an issue before where if sound is less then 50% it wouldnt work check if it is higher?

make sure volume is 100% as sometimes lower is blank,also if mute is on volume should cancel it.

Press the volume up button on your box remote or there is like a speaker symbol with a line through it that's mute have you checked if the volume on the actual TV is turned up just a thought

Is the hdmi in properly try changing hdmi port on tv
