It's cccam.cfg

CCcam.cfg is correct, not sure it would recognise cccam.cfg as a valid file
This needs to be in usr/keys folder, then restart the CCcam2.3.0 softcam in softcam panel

Try a CWS line instead, paste it into newcamd.list, then restart the mgcamd softcam

My line is only a day old, and the seller even generates a new one for me, a forum member used a newcamd one for me, they are both showing as active but both won't clear,

you can only have one as active, you can't activate CCcam and mgcamd at the same time, set one of them to 'no cam' then click green
if no joy, change that to no cam and leave the other active and click green

Have you done a network test on the box?
menu>setup>system>network>device setup>network test

Have you rebooted router and box after adding the line?

Before setting up grogbuild, did you update to the latest version of ATV? if not then you could well have an out of date version of ATV on the box which means Autobouquets Maker is probably out of date.
