Not updating using vuplushd.tv

Hi,
is there a way to update to newer vix images without using the vuplushd.tv website? As the images they have are old.
I took a look and it seemed there are additional files if doing it yourself, while going through the website there are less files for the update. Any help is appreciated.

yes wos home of vix have all the images for all the enigma2 boxes over there.the latest images are by flashing by usb and doing a clean install and not using back up settings.
