Occasional message on screen when switching the box off / putting in standby

Hi all again,
The box is working fine but when I go to put it in deep standby, every now and then I get a message on screen asking if I really want to, as a recording is in progress or coming up....but it isnt! I never have any recordings planned, so Im a bit puzzled. Anyone came across this / got any ideas?

Have you ever set an autotimer? If so, that is why it happens. It does on mine, despite having deleted all the autotimers.
