I purchase Openboxes for clients from just one source I know and trust. I recently bought a V5s for my old dad who had broken his F5s by falling on it. The box arrived, I took to my dads and set it up to the motorised dish and inserted his line--all ok.Next day the box reset itself and no signal out of lnb connection [checked with meter] I e-mailed the seller and told to send box back which I did, 2 days later new box, no quibble, no extra payments---box 100% working, if all sellers were as good as this guy then there would be far fewer complaints and many more happy people.
