Only receiving fta

Hi all, I have read numerous previous posts about the same thing and I have tried everything that use have suggested and I think I have got down to the other end of my line is down, I am stuck on what to do next I have tried contacting the guy and no response, any help would be great, thanks

Keep contacting him, to see if you get an explanation m8, but failing that, then you'll need to move on,and get another line m8, ask for a test line first and see if that brings back your channels, if so, then you have your answer....

I'll keep at him bud, this might be a stupid question but where is best to get a new line and is it easy to install ?

I spoke to the supplier and he wants me to send the box back to him, are there any recommendations on here for a new line ? So I don't have to send box away ?
