Open box v8s scrabbled

Hi All, my open box v8s has been working well for a year and a few months and suddenly all the gift channels say scrabbled. Router all seems ok, was a two year gift. Anyone got any ideas on a fix?

Hi if you have checked your internet done channel update your line is the problem press menu go to network settings cccam cccam plug manage configuration files check to see if your line is online if your line is not present go into mgcam plug newcamd.list check to see if CWS = is across the screen light up red this will prove if your line is active
