Openbox V8 PRO

i foun easiest way to cable scan was same as back in the day with d-box use your area netid as in table below then auto scan
you will no if you have corect frequncy as signal bars let you know you have signal then press scan hope this help some

Did you label the file correctly. Go to openbox firmware Download from there it labels it correctly for you

I have the upgraded version of the PRO called V8 Golden in stock plus the V8 Super [sat only] and also the latest mini box--V7 all still under 50 notes to members plus latest f/w and channel list installed and I will install your own line if you send to me so box comes to you as plug and play.

Reaper - what would I gain by switching up from a pro to the newer golden .
Been running pro for couple of months and seems fine !

The Golden has the much larger cpu [800 instead of 360] which gives speed/stability etc. Originally only sold to Asia with TigerCCcam installed but now available in Europe with CCcam/mgcamd/newcamd and tigercccam so can work across the globe. I actually sent 2 to New York and working 100%.
The V8 Super is a dedicated sat box only but again using the upgraded f/w and the V7 mini box which fits in the palm of your hand is a multisat box and can be hidden away as it's wireless only but it can easily drive a 90cm dish and never seems to stop amazing me [cost £25 plus P&P] but you do need a wifi dongle which I am waiting on dhl to deliver]

Will the V8PRO still be supported with future firmware updates or is it the same firmware as the Golden ?
Are we to assume that they will not bother to try and fix the non working EPG as it's no longer in production ?
 
!000 produced and sold then the golden arrived with the larger cpu-----Winsat produces to demand only and will tend to produce a limited amount of each product then move onto next----good business sense by their CEO-----support of course continues for all it's products on the freesat site.
