Hi can somebody help just bought a v8s open box is it possible to change the channel list to ajsats lastest list the same ways as on a old f5 box

Yeah man it's the same setup. Just download ajsats list to a hdd and transfer it to your box and job is a good un!!

There is no sub included. I don't trust one year subs gifts with openbox/skybox

does the v8s perform better than v5s and have less glitching.

glitching has nothing to do with the box get a good line provider one that has good servers and not over subscribed, pay cheap get cheap service

I have both dreambox and openbox and the openbox freezes roughly 3 times a day, which is nothing major. But the dreambox hardly freezes.

Hardly no freezing so far..i use a top line provider who is mentioned alot on this site been going 3 years,watched boxnation lastnight 6 hrs never glitched once

the web tv on my v8 box is crap is there firmware out there to put xbmc on the box
