Is there a port i need to forward for xmltv to work?

It dosnt seem to work with bt internet
all other internet providers are fone but with bt the epg downloads fine no errors but when i press the epg button there is no listings and the date is not there just ???????

internet is fine as paid channels work
 
Yes but it will work on any internet but at the same time even usin. Same box will not work with bt

Just seems as though its only bt it dosnt work with

I understand its tempremental but at a time it works on my ee internet it dosnt on bt?
 
defiantly something with bt

it updates fine if i got to the xmltv update screen and press ok on uk to view it shows the tv guide and all listings

but when i press epg there is nothing and the date dosnt show just ????? as if not connected
