openboxv8s no signal

Newbie
just had installed new dish from sky and try connecting my open box but
in openbox antenna setup showing signal intensity 90% and quality 85% but when i try to watch any channels there is "no signal"
open box working with another dish
what can be wrong?

is the dish for sky q? if so the lnb they have fitted is your problem! your need a hybrid on it so both work
 
thats what I was thinking that can be lnb problem
