Openvix build 4.1.009 and crossepg

Ok chaps setting up a h.2s and having issue never come across before

Downloaded latest Openvix image 4.1.009 from zgemma.tv site

Installed and setup as I usually would on all previous builds I do

Trying to run crossepg to populate the guide and it hangs at various stages , it's version 0.8.1 which sure I've used before with no issues on anything up to vix 4.1.004

Anyway tried different USB drive and stick and also reflashed and manually installed the crossepg plugin but still the same every time

So any ideas peeps ?

yeah that seem to be working fine so assume it's crossepg issue just strange as never had any probs before

I had the exact same issue on a couple of zgemmas recently, just used epg importer instead

hmmm possibly change in crossepg or the vix later builds after .004 must be conflicting i'll let it run epg importer in morning again and see how that goes.

not a fan of the genre it seems to add to the program info in the EPG

eg at moment Uncle Buck then full line underneath used for [film]

I agree, I'm not keen on it either, I seem to remember a thread on some forum, can't remember which one about the changes to CrossEPG....I don't have a zgemma to look at it and see

yeah my duo2 running latest versions fine so will maybe try old flash if get any issues in morn with mates box

I'm using the old 3.2.037 still on the s2 as the latest one makes a slow box even slower to me, H.2s I just use epg importer if they insist on the latest vix
