When i use openvpn and run my vpn,my service stops,and if i stop running vpn it starts again,can someone please help me,thank you.

Are you using Virgin broadband with super hub 3? If so I think you may have to use a separate device and just use super hub as a modem.

Yes. As I said not sure if that is the only way to solve the problem. If you search the forum you may find another solution. There are plenty of options of router.
