OSCAM Prefer local cards question

Can someone tell me if it should be 0 or 1?

Is one faster than the other?

1 has cache-ex whilst 0 uses local cards as proxied..

Help would be appreciated.

I've tried all 3 settings and i've never seen any difference.

Depends, are you using cahce3? If you are it makes no difference.
