pause live TV F5s

when pausing live TV the picture freezes and starts up the PVR but the sound still comes out of speakers on
F5s box and help ???

Is your hdd formatted to fat32 ? Also there is a PVR setting in the menu

It can be switched on through the menu > multimedia > PVR setting > timeshift = ON.

i have just tested it out.. i find that you press pause and it starts to record but doesn't freeze the picture.. then you press pause again it freezes the screen then.

so pressing it twice seems to do it.. i don't no if that's a fault or what but it works lol. i tried on hd channel kept bringing up something about not fast enough or something. i only have a 1 gig memory stick maybe and its old good 5 years probably so maybe its not fast enough to run for HD

I found if I used usb stick the same happened i.e. the picture froze but sound still on, when I switched to external hard drive the pause etc worked ok. Seems not to like the usb for pausing progs. Hope this helps :bye:

Was using external hard drive must be type using may not be fast enough???
