Permanently hide bouquets

I am running Wooshbuild on my 2S and everytime Xtream Editor (v 2.06) scans I am left with IPTV bouquets I had deleted manually the day before.

Is there any way to avoid this happening? I have kids and do not want them to stumble upon the adult section plus I want to remove bouquets that are useless to me.
 
Thanks. I have tried the ABM method but the "Hide Sections" is blank when I enter it. I would like to be able to manually remove the bouquets as opposed to contacting the supplier
 
With abm goto configure and change include none abm bouquets to no then you should have a keep bouquets option tick all the bouquets you want to keep then rescan
