    Hi,

I was told that one safe(r?) way of streaming from an E2 box outside my network would be to go through a VPN server?

Well anyway, I have a paid VPN service that I use for torrents etc. I've been reading it's possible to set up a Pi as a VPN access point - probably the wrong terminology but anyway - to my network, would I be able to stream my E2 receiver from this to a device configured to connect to this and would it be difficult to do to add my VPN service to the Pi?

    Hope this makes sense. lol

This is how I use my old Pi.
I run OpenVPN so I can use my Android Apps to access my Zgemma box when I am away from home.
Useful for when you need to set up a recording remotely.
