Picons, Linux kernal H5

Hi I have an H5 box with Sky & Virgin, it has been working perfectly for a fee months now, but all of a sudden half of my EPG is missing, Picons no longer there as a plugin and when I try to download plugin I get Kernal has changed, plugins are not compatable.

I am unsure what to do, I believe the box updated itself resulting in these problems, how would I go about fixing this? Whould I need to backup and flash the box?

My box is a Zgemma so is this th issue?

If the info shows its a mutant HD1200 but you've installed the image on a zgemma then that is your issue, you need an image suitable for the box you are installing it on.
