Picture breaking up on 2nd Box - Any ideas?

Hi all

I'm hoping you experts can help.

I have a Blade 7000 downstairs with a line in that works fine, breaks up every now and again, I also have one upstairs with a separate line in from the same provider. The one upstairs breaks up really bad. I have tried another line from another provider as I thought it might be a bad line, however, that breaks up too the same.
Is there a certain way these have to be configured on the router etc? I have VM BB going through a Netgear Router.

Any help would be much appreciated.

are they both hard wired, ie. are they using a WiFi or ethernet cable? if ethernet cable, swap boxes around, that will rule out damage to the cable, if wifi, do the same, but this will rule in/out a bad wifi signal
